The Lull St room displays the permanent installation of artworks, ideas, and materials of six Southern California artists: Stacey Alexander, Rachel Apthorp, Nicole Guerrera, Ariel Mazariegos, Michelle Nunes, and Adrienne Sacks.Similar to the wall paintings found in the caves of Lascaux, the room contains marks and gestures which record current time. During optimal lighting conditions, the space glows due to its orientation with the sun. This lighting enhances the visitor's clarity and radiates tranquility comparable to a solitary retreat to a California beach. The arrangement of artworks and materials function as a portal into a space offering meaningful contemplation.
